the contract manufacturing business for over 34 years. The company was started in 1972.
Contract manufacturing is our only business.

products using customer consigned material. We do generally ask however to allow for some
manufacturing attrition. (Prefered: 2-5% overage, We return all unused materials with completed assemblies)
3. Will Jentronics purchase parts on a
turn-key basis?
Answer: Jentronics provides full turn-key
assembly services, where Jentronics will procure all the material to produce the product.
The company has strategically aligned itself with printed circuit board manufacturers and component distributors in order to obtain the most competitive price for the customer.
- Jentronics strictly buys only the customer specified components from specified Manufacturers and or Vendors.
- We do not substitute without our customers consent and written authorization.
4. How do we obtain a quote?
Answer: Just ask. The more
information you provide, the better. Minimally, we require an assembly drawing and parts
list. Ideally, we prefer a sample or photograph as well. If a turn-key quotation is
desired, a detailed bill of material, with preferred manufacturers and the manufacturers
part number is needed.
5. How long will it take to receive a quote?
Answer: Generally, consigned material
quotations can be provided within 24 hours. Turn-key quotations take longer, since we must
wait for distributors to get pricing back to us. Usually, a one or two page bill of
material can be quoted within one week.
